We offer deliveries country wide via The Courier Guy, Delivery times frmaes are as follows:
Gauteng – 2 to 5 working days @ R95.00
Outside Gauteng (major city centres) – 5 to 7 working days @ R125.00
Outlying areas – 5 to 10 working days (dependant on The Courier Guy routes) to be quoted separately as outlying areas carry a surcharge.
Cash on Collection – 2 to 3 working days dependant on stock availability, you will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection.
All delivery periods are dependant on payment, orders will only be dispatched for delivery once your payment has reflected in our account. No orders are permitted for delivery without payment and no cash on delivery options are currently available.
You may select cash on collection during your checkout process, please, note that depending on stock availibility your order may require two to three days before collection. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Once your order has been processed and your delivery details have been provided please note there will not be any allowance for delivery address changes, should this be necessary you may be charged for a second delivery fee. Please also note that The Welding and Safety Shop does not deliver any goods outside of South African Borders. Orders outside of SA Borders need to be collected and the duties and costs are at the buyers responsibility.
Deliveries are only made during working hours, not deliveries will be made after hours or on weekends and public holidays as we use The Courier Guy and work according to their trading times. Collections can be made on weekends only if this has been pre-arranged with a min of 48 hour notice.
Anyone may accept your parcel on delivery, so please ensure that the nessecary people of been notified if you are not available to receive your parcel. The Welding and Safety Shop takes no responsiblities for any missing parcels should the waybill be signed and the parcel accepted at the given address on the waybill.
If you have recived an incomplete order or the incorrect order, please notify us immediately at email@example.com or 087 160 0368 so that we may attend to your orders without further delay.
Once your order has been booked you will receive an email with your waybill referrence, this can be tracked via The Courier Guy Directly on JHB@THECOURIERGUY.CO.ZA or 0861 203 203.
